We are always posting pictures from live events, our pastry kitchen, and some fun inspirational ideas.

Over the last few weeks we’ve had an amazing opportunity to work with some incredible clients offering some very unique plated desserts. See below a few examples that include our melting chocolate sphere, rocky road mousse, red velvet chocolate bubble mousse and much more.

In addition, we’ve been lucky enough to add some very talented new chefs and team members to our pastry team to help us keep going strong with our already amazing executive pastry chef.

We’ve now expanded our custom dessert line to better meet our clients needs and are adding new items everyday as our list of clients grows. We’re happy to report that we are now working with some of the biggest and best convention centers, 5 start hotels, catering companies, restaurants, golf clubs and sporting facilities across Canada.  Because of the added volume and customer base, our kitchen is also taking on a new look, with some key pieces of equipment being added every week to help increase our overall production capabilities.
