We recently participated in an amazing camp theme function that featured some fun dessert ideas for our client.

Take a look at some of the pictures below, stations included Gourmet Smores- whereby our chef torched homemade marshmallows to order and guests could add a wide array of toppings!

Then mini pancakes- where one of our automatic conveyor machines created fresh and hot pancakes non stop and guests could add fresh whipped cream, chocolate chips, various sauces and powders!

Lastly a serve your own cereal bar that included fresh cut fruit, tons of fun cereal selections and lots of different types of milk.

We recently did a party for an amazing client who wanted to play on the savory looking foods- but actually have them for dessert. Our team put together an amazing menu that included:

• Sweet Chocolate tacos (with a sweet shell, dipped in pure Belgian chocolate and topped with ice cream
• Sweet Mini Burgers- amazing cake buns, with a brownie patty- topped with all sweet garnishes- notice the detail in the picture below for the lettuce, cheese and condiments
• We also offered a sweet poutine consisting of funnel cake French fries topped with hot fudge and caramel and homemade marshmallow
