Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich Stations: Fresh, Gooey, Unforgettable

Forget the ones from the freezer aisle. At our Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich Stations, guests pick a warm, fresh-baked cookie — chocolate chip, double chocolate, or custom — and we press it with their choice of premium ice cream right in front of them.

Then it gets fun. We roll the edges in an endless array of toppings: rainbow sprinkles, crushed Oreos, mini chocolate chips, toasted coconut, Fruity Pebbles, you name it. It’s handheld, nostalgic, and guaranteed to be the most Instagrammed dessert at your event.

Perfect for weddings, staff parties, and birthdays where you want something interactive but not messy. We handle the baking, scooping, and pressing. You get the applause.

 

 

Make-Your-Own Ice Cream Bar Stations: The Main Event

Want to give guests total creative control? Our Make-Your-Own Ice Cream Bar Stations are built for it.

We start with a premium vanilla ice cream base on a stick, dipped in Belgian chocolate. Then we bring the toppings. And we mean all the toppings.

The endless array includes:

  • Classics: Rainbow sprinkles, chocolate syrup, caramel, • Chocolate Lovers: Mini chips, white chocolate pearls, crushed brownies, chocolate crunch • Texture: Graham crumble, cookie dough bites, waffle cone pieces, toasted nuts • Fruity + Fun: Fruity cereal, freeze-dried strawberries, gummy bears, cotton candy • Sauces: Hot fudge, caramel, and strawberry, and yes — more chocolate

 

Waffle Ice Cream Sandwich Stations: Brunch Meets Dessert

Crispy, golden waffles straight off the iron, pressed around scoops of premium ice cream and rolled in toppings. Think warm + cold, soft + crunchy, all in one handheld bite. We make them fresh at your event — guests pick their ice cream, we sandwich it between two belgian waffles, then they go wild at the toppings bar. Served Your Way: Trike, Cart, or Full Bar Set-Up

All stations can be served from our iconic Mobile Ice Cream Trikes. That black umbrella means business — shade, style, and cold treats wherever you need us. We’ve rolled them into country clubs, hotels, backyard weddings, and corporate offices all across Toronto and the GTA.

Prefer a stationary set-up? We’ll build a full dessert bar with jars of toppings, signage and a fully staffed experience.
