When asked to help build a Tennis inspired Dessert Table for the Prestigious Rogers Cup Gala- we immediately got our sweatbands on and raquets out, and began to brainstorm ideas on how to make this a “hit”!
Combining some of DCF’s Favourite desserts- while pairing them with the tennis theme was exiting for the team! Focusing on a theme of White, Yellow and Green with accents of Rogers Red helped to set the table, while we helped to enhance it with tennis balls, request and trophies!
Items included:
Tennis Ball Cookies, Matcha Green Tea Gourmet Marshmallows, Key Lime Shooters, Chocolate Dipped Rice Krispies, Macarons, Mini Logo Cupcakes, Gourmet Tarts & Smarties filled the table and gave the guests a sweet night to remember!
One small challenge was the event was poolside- and thus no glassware was allowed….this meant we had to get extra creative with the decor and serving pieces.
