A night at the masquerade ball was the theme of this beautiful sweet 16.
We started the evening serving the guests from our gourmet beverage station- complete with Milkshakes, Fruit smoothies and fresh squeezed lemonades made to order.
AS the cocktail hour began-Indian savoury sauces flowed from our Double Fountain, Potato tornadoes spun and guests feasted on bite sized pretzels with a variety of dipping sauces.
Between the Arial dance acts, drum playing musicians and fireworks walked a “cupcake lady” adorned with our bite sized mini cupcakes- decorated with 16 and mask logos- what a sight!
We created a 5 tiered beautiful cake which sat in the centre of the room which included 3 hand made and painted all edible masquerade masks.
After the guests feasted on a huge dinner- we presented them with a beautiful pink and milk chocolate fountain, Soft Serve Ice Cream and a selection of our Mini gourmet pastries……WOW!!!!
