This past week DCF had the pleasure in participating in the Canadian Special Events Expo!
It was a great opportunity to reconnect with industry colleagues while also introducing a few new items to industry experts!
The show took place at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre located in Downtown Toronto!
DCF featured our popular Dessert Drop- custom wrapped with some fun art- and filled with lots of delicious custom treats!
Our “Roast your own S’mores” was a sweet treat for those looking for an afternoon “pick me up”- we displayed it on an antique dresser and also provided custom artisan marshmallow flavours.
We also used the show to introduce two brand new concepts!!!
Our “MAKE and BAKE” your own cookie station lets you custom create cookies! Everything from the base dough, right up to the “fix-ins”. There are literally thousands of flavour combinations!!! With our high powered portable ovens, cookies can go from dough to mouth in under 10 minutes.
As well we are please to add our Patisserie Display Case to our dessert table offerings! Rather than simply displaying dessert on a table, your guests will truly enjoy the look and feel of their favourite high end pastry shop! We even send an attendant to serve guests as the “place” their orders. Items at the expo included custom cookies, macarons, cupcakes, dessert bars, artisan marshmallows, and lots more…of course your dessert counter can be fully customization to match your theme, colour or individual taste.
