Although our primary business consists of dessert action stations- we are often called upon to create custom plated desserts for some of our clients.

Last week our team was hard at work in the kitchen (well we always are!! but a little more than usual last week :)) .

The event had a tropical feel to it- so we created a kahlua infused brownie with coconut mousse, a sweet battered banana, as well as a fresh based waffle bowl for a scoop of coconut vanilla ice cream!

The fun part of this event was we only had a turnaround of 30 minutes to completely plate and serve the dessert! Take a behind the scenes peak!
