We at Double Chocolate Fountain & Fun Foods consider ourselves very creative and custom! Quite often this means we are in a unique position to work with some of Canada’s most creative and innovative chefs and venues! A great example of this was showcased earlier this week at the Art Gallery of Ontario. Collectively we worked with the amazing culinary team at the AGO to create our deconstructed Tiramisu.
This table side served dessert consisted of pure Belgian dark couveture chocolate molded into spheres- filled with mocha meringues, chocolate covered espresso beans, chocolate marshmallows, chocolate dipped lady fingers, marscarpone and mocha mousses. The dessert was then splashed with liquid nitrogen and dropped directly on the table to be shared family style.
