This past weekend we were lucky enough (and honoured) to be able to participate in the Friends of We Care Gala at the beautiful International Centre. Friend of We Care is the foodservice and hospitality industry’s organization for sending physically disabled kids to camp. A truly amazing cause!!
Chef and his team put together an incredible menu- and we were so privileged to be able to offer some of our bite size desserts. Some of the items included custom cake and donut pops, a selection of gourmet mini tarts, cheesecake lollipops and bite size brownies.
The crowd was so excited to grab the desserts- it was hard to grab photos (but we tried our best before).
