Take a look at a recent plated dessert we did for a large conference in Toronto!

It was a holiday themed event and as such our talented team of pastry chefs created a pumpkin spice mousse, with egg nog cream- garnished with gingerbread pieces and fresh shaved chocolate.

All was inserted into a custom ordered dessert jar.
